The focus is always on the client’s agenda and a pace of change that is right for them. The coach’s role is to provide support and encouragement as well as honest feedback and accountability. The client’s role is to be responsible by honoring their commitments and executing each step of the plan. The objective is to create and maintain the motivation that achieves lasting results.
