Hi, my name is Linda Parker. I am a mother of two, a maid, a taxi driver, a chef, and worked a full time job in Corporate America.
All is well. I love my family and my life. I am very fortunate and blessed to have all that I have and I am appreciating it everyday.
Although I have been struggling with my weight for way too long (I have tried all the diets out there, Atkins, South Beach, Weight Watchers, Zone, the grapefruit, and the list could go on), I knew that there has to be something else I am missing in this area of my life and now I have found my answer!
I discovered the importance of small frequent meals, taking baby steps, accountability and rewarding myself.
The power of my own thoughts, how to overcome limiting beliefs about myself and what I could achieve.
I learned all of this from a Life Coach. She changed my life forever.
I am healthy, happy, and most of all I am at my ideal body weight!!!
This has had such a profound impact in my life that I have decided to leave my 27 year career in Corporate America and become a Health Coach. I have been trained by The Hilton Johnson Health Coaching program.
